In 2019 the Association of Midwest Museums (AMM) and Wisconsin Federation of Museums (WFM) partnered to bring us the 2020 AMM-WFM Conference, Museums Evolving…then COVID-19 happened. We skipped a year to stay safe at home and came back with Museums Evolving 2.0, an all-virtual conference in 2021. Since then, we’ve been taking time to listen to our friends in Milwaukee, our members, and colleagues, to ensure our first time back in person meets everyone’s needs.

It’s now 2022, and we can finally look forward to a fun summer conference in Milwaukee! Join us virtually July 19 and in-person on July 20-23 for FORWARD, TOGETHER, a two-part experience that prioritizes new connections – with the dozens of museums and cultural organizations in our host city and with each other. We’ll honor the ground you’ve broken in the last few years by helping you gather what you need to take your next steps. Based on your comfort level, you will have options to register for “Virtual Only” programs or for “Virtual + In-Person” programs. (Rates and special discounts to be announced soon!)
