Connect with the Midwest museum community, cultivate new relationships, and collaborate with professionals from a range of disciplines as Midwest Registrars Committee sponsor.

Why Sponsor?

We are so excited to roll out new sponsorship levels this year with higher visibility benefits for our sponsors. Supporting the Midwest Registrars Committee through sponsorships helps MRC to provide travel stipends to the Association of Midwest Museums annual conference and MRC’s annual business and networking lunch, held during the AMM conference.

As we move further into a post-pandemic world, we are thrilled to be relaunching the workshops/roundtables granting program. These workshops are organized by members on a local or state-wide level, covering a variety of different topics such as disaster planning, copyright, legislation, and increasing access to collections.

Sponsorships can help:

• Offset the cost of these important gatherings, while celebrating innovation and creativity in the museum collections field Midwest region
• Assist with our annual professional event – the MRC Annual Business Meeting and Lunch in collaboration with the Association of Midwest Museums Conference
• Remove barriers to access and ensure opportunities for underrepresented or underserved museum professionals by sponsoring professional development scholarships to the annual Association of Midwest Museum Conference
• Promote your products and services

Sponsorship Packages are available at the following levels and include the following benefits:

• One complimentary lunch registration at MRC’s annual luncheon during the Association of Midwest Museums conference
• Logo exposure on the Midwest Registrars Committee’s website for a full year

Rolling Plains Level – $400

• ¼ page Logo/Advertisement in the spring or winter issue of The Courier
• 1 social media item on the MRC’s Facebook page. This can include a special promotion or event.

Great Lakes Level- $750

• Additional complimentary lunch registration at MRC’s annual luncheon during the Association of Midwest Museums conference 
• ½ page logo/advertisement in spring & winter Issue of The Courier
• 2 social media items on the MRC’s Facebook page. This can include special promotions or events.

Midwest Level- $1000

• Additional complimentary lunch registration to the MRC’s annual luncheon during the Association of Midwest Museums conference
• Logo exposure and business profile on table tent at the annual meeting with company representative providing remarks at annual luncheon
• Business profile in one issue of The Courier (spring or winter) 
• Full page logo/advertisement in Spring & Winter Issue of The Courier
